Lockdown is officially over. Super busy with work here, so I'll have to keep this short and sweet. Things I've done lately: drove to Pennsylvania with Nami in a rental that we picked up at EWR (I'll be 25 before I know it. Age discrimination will be point-moot soon); walked around a rainy State College (Penn State), spelunked (on a paid boat tour through) Penn's Cave, marveling at the mites and tites; listened to a lot of rock radio, finding the song of the 8 Mile soundtrack at will; spent a few hours working on an exercise for a prospective employer, a certain search engine; corrupted that file somehow while saving, prompting me to work for a few more hours the next morning feverishly trying to remember everything; dissed by the fine folks at said certain search engine (hence the unlocking); watched a lot of 80s movies/videos: Tex with Dillon and Estevez (cameo by author S.E. Hinton), Pete & Pete (early '90s, whoops), Degrassi Junior High (so bad it's good, also Canadian); received a sweet demo from a certain brother in the mail, shopping it around to a certain connection at a certain little record label in this town; purified the bathroom and ditched the old, old rug (Ikea rug took its place--the Spike Jonze commercial totally worked on me); got a few emails from people who wanted the password (but not as many as I had hoped, haha). Tomorrow: Laguardia. Forecast: Snow. Stuck at this job and maybe stuck in NYC? God. Help me.
