This thing is locked for the time being, but I'll try to get the word out on the password/username (Posting it here would be pointless. If you can read this, then you know.). The reason is Google. Google can Google me and then learn all manner of unsavory. But who knows, maybe they actually want another salty dog down there. By now surely they've found out about the real Dandles McDundles, and chances are they're itching for a second. Wait, no, a third, now that Joel just got hired.

All this talk of work reminds me that neither Kevin nor I have reported on our excellent 1996 summer jobs, which required us to drive to the Detroit Zoo and work at the main food court. Maybe sometime when we have the time. There was that bitch Kathy, both White Nicole and Mixed Nicole, Ronnie with a Taz tat on his calf, Rick Szezweuzl or something, a crackhead or two, Gay Ken, Shefora (Flo), Amaryllis, Amaryllis's adopted son, Huey Jr., Huey Sr., Mildred, Katrina, Tiffany, the twins, Megan, Roosevelt, Lorrie, Roy, Tecla--god that place had a high turnover rate. Who was the guy who kept calling Ken "botty boy"? Who was the 26-year-old pizza chef who took a vacay to Egypt, came back, and complained that it was nothing but "a bunch of Arabs"? Why were all the stock boys--who had an easier job than paid better--white? Does Megan still work at the Mong Barb in Royal Oak, where I've seen her the last couple times I've eaten there?

2. The firing of Amaryllis.

3. My few glory days driving the golf cart as a stock boy.

4. Huey Jr.'s sex stories.

5. Ken tricking me into driving him home.

6. Kevin and I separately lying that we knew this one bigwig zoo woman at our job interviews.

7. Rick's gender politics at the ice cream: One man's downfall.

8. Ronnie and Kathy in the stockroom.

9. Ronnie's wife (not Kathy).

10. So many possibilities.
